The Second-Half Traction Plan
Half of 2026 is nearly gone. This walks you from where you are to one plan you can start next week. Nothing saves to a server. Build it, then take it with you.
Say what you do in one sentence
Fill the blanks. This forces you to name who you help, the problem, what you do, and the payoff. You will say this out loud in your hot seat, so make it land.
Name your second-half outcome
One number, by December 31. Not a feeling. Something you could read out loud in January and know plainly whether you hit it.
Find the risk that's blocking you
Four risks decide whether a company lives. Answer from evidence, not gut. The tool scores where you are most exposed.
Pick your one channel
Whatever your top risk is, the fastest way to learn about it is to get in front of more of the right people. One channel, run seriously for 90 days. Answer four questions and the tool points to your best fit.
List what you're betting on
Every plan rests on things you believe but haven't proven. Name them. Give each a way to test it and a date the test is due. On that date you learn whether you were right, instead of carrying the guess another month.
Your first three moves
A move is a concrete action with a date and one signal you can watch. Move 1 is the smallest real test you can start in seven days.
What's a leading indicator? (read before you fill the last column)
A leading indicator is something you can move this week and that predicts the result: replies, calls booked, demos run, trials started. A lagging indicator is the result itself, after the fact: revenue, signups, churn. You can't steer by lagging indicators, because by the time they move the work is already done. Track a leading indicator so you know in week two whether the move is working, not in month three.

This plan is a snapshot of today
The hard part is the next 90 days, when those test dates arrive and you have to look at what the evidence says. A PDF won't remind you. Copy your plan as Markdown, paste it into Founder Guide, and the agent reads it: it sets up your plan, logs your assumptions with their due dates, and starts your knowledge graph from what you decided here. Then Cycle 2 begins from evidence, not a blank page.
